Reclaiming Works & Path LLC was founded in Houston, Texas in May 2026 by Joshua O. White and Courtney Woods. We built this company on a simple conviction: that meaningful work transforms lives. We create paid training and employment opportunities for returning citizens and people facing barriers to employment — giving them real trades skills, steady income, and a path forward.

We're actively recruiting for our first training cohort launching in 2026. No experience required — just the drive to show up, work hard, and build something real. We pay from day one and provide a structured path to a lasting career in the trades.
We create paid training and employment opportunities for returning citizens and people facing barriers to employment. Criminal history is reviewed on a case-by-case basis after a conditional offer — consistent with Houston's Ban-the-Box ordinance.
