Who We Are
More Than a
Contractor
Reclaiming Works & Path LLC was founded in Houston, Texas in May 2026 by Joshua O. White (Founder & Managing Member) and Courtney Woods (Co-Founder & CEO). We are a construction and workforce development company built on a conviction that two things can happen at the same time: properties can be restored to their full potential, and people can be given a real chance to rebuild their lives.
We recruit individuals who have been overlooked by traditional employers — returning citizens, high school dropouts, and economically disadvantaged youth — train them on real contracted job sites, and pay them from day one. As trainees work, we simultaneously generate revenue from those same contracts.
Today, Reclaiming Works & Path serves homeowners, landlords, property managers, municipalities, and nonprofits across the Greater Houston area — with a crew of trained, motivated workers who have something to prove and the drive to prove it every single day.

Our workforce development program is built around one belief: that a person's past does not define their potential. We provide a structured 12-week path from intake to career — with real pay, real skills, and real opportunity at every step. All participants are hired as W-2 employees from day one.
Recruitment & Intake
We partner with reentry programs, community organizations, and workforce agencies to connect with individuals ready to work and rebuild.
Trades Skills Training
New hires receive hands-on training in property cleanup, basic repairs, lawn care, and safety protocols — learning by doing on real job sites.
Paid Employment
From day one, workers earn fair wages. We believe in paying people for their time and effort — no unpaid "training periods."
Career Development
We help workers build certifications, references, and skills that open doors beyond Reclaiming Works & Path — because our goal is their long-term success.
